  • Pandanus fiber carved with typical Massim scrolls. The teeth are linked with vegetal fiber. The Massim people use to wear this kind of comb as ornament. Collected en 1941 at Kiriwina Island, near the Trobriand island, by Hug Mc Leod, officer doctor of the Australian Air Force. Name of the owner on the back: Jam Dikulolo.
