This small brass comb was made in Espinho, Portugal during the 50s. In 1931, two brothers founded the Plastic Factory Luso-Celluloid, dedicated to the manufacture of jewelry and trinkets. Then, one of the brother created the Hercules toys factory and the Luso-Celluloid was replaced by the OSUL designation. This comb was made in the 50s.
